Challenge
The client has been using Shopify for almost five years and has been constantly switching themes as none of them worked perfectly. Most of the concerns were related to functionality and styling.
Solution
We built a custom Shopify theme perfectly aligned with the client's business goals. After implementing the theme, the conversion rates have grown by almost 20% at end of the next month.
Process
We followed a Time & Material approach, allowing the client to make changes to their requirements as needed.
First, we gathered the look and feel requirements for the theme and created a design brief.
Next, we discussed the functional and technical requirements, including custom applications to be integrated into the theme.
Following this, we developed design mockups and engaged in several iterations to refine the theme's structure.
Once the mockups were approved, we proceeded to the design phase, where our team crafted the entire theme design from scratch using Figma.
Subsequently, we entered the development phase, conducting progress demos to gather client feedback. We made a few adjustments to the theme structure during this stage to ensure it met the client's expectations perfectly.
Results
In the end, the theme looked and functioned exactly as the client desired.
It turned out that the client had a deep understanding of their audience. After implementing the theme, the conversion rates grew by almost 20% by the end of the next month.
Now we are continuing to work on several new ideas that the client brought up during the discussion following the success of the initial release.
