Jeff Miller, Founding Partner
Jeff’s diverse experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead a talented team of designers, usability strategists, and information
architects in the development of retail-appropriate ecommerce processes. Career highlights include product design, brand development,
traditional and online media, and organizational psychology.
After completing an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Systems Management, Jeff provided organizational
consulting for S.F. Bay Area firms for nearly a decade. He then founded the San Francisco-based Affinity Design Studio, represented to
the trade by Putney and Associates. As ADS’s lead designer, he grew the ADS brand, creating furniture and accessories for leading retail
accounts such as Neiman Marcus, and Harrod’s of London, as well as international trade showrooms, and high-end boutiques in the United
States, Europe, and Japan. During the mid-90s, he provided commerce and organizational consulting for several Bay Area Internet start-ups,
and in 2002 launched Transform Agency.
Ken Abelson, Founding Partner
Ken has worked exclusively on the Internet since 1997. Prior to launching Transform Agency with Jeff, he served as CEO of iCreditcard.com,
where he forged strategic relationships with financial-market leaders like GetSmart.com, LendingTree.com, and LowerMyBills.com. In 1999, Ken
built an extensive viral-marketing and affiliate network, resulting in over $10M in gross annual sales of online credit products.
Ken’s in-depth knowledge of ecommerce best practices, usability, Web marketing, copywriting, and Web-interaction design were honed and developed
during a decade of building Internet businesses of his own. Now, Ken helps Transform Agency clients improve ecommerce performance with applied
usability, ecommerce best-practices, effective Web messaging, intuitive interaction design, and the practical application
of Open Source Web technology.
Our goal is to create an ecommerce site that converts visitors into buyers, increases registered users, creates repeat visitors (who bookmark the site), and is a profitable online sales channel...
